The matches were held from 10 to 12 of December in the SC «Yunist» and «Zinadin» among sportsmen who were born in 2006.
VII International Children Tournament of mini-football in closed places was dedicated to Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine and to outstanding children’s coach from Transcarpathia – Alexander Philip. It`s the biggest tournment in all of Transcarpathia and, maybe, in all of Ukraine. 35 teams from different regions in Ukraine and from neighboring countries Slovakia and Romania visited this tournament.
FC «Euroshpon-Smyga» fought for the awards of this tournament with such teams as: team CYSS (Uzhgorod) who were born in 2007, team Tampa (Romania), teams from Mukachevo, from Drogobych, from Boryspil and FC «Karpaty-2» (Lviv).
FC «Euroshpon-Smyha» lost to the team from Uzhgorod in the first game with a score 1:0.
The next game was with team from Mukachevo. The result was victorious – 3:1.
FC «Euroshpon-Smyha» played the next game with a team Tampa (Romania). FC «Euroshpon-Smyha» lost with a score 2:3.
Our young sportsmen outplayed team from Drogobych with a score 1:2.
The game with team «Karpaty-2» (Lviv) ended with a draw 0:0.
FC «Euroshpon-Smyha» finished the last game with a team from Boryspil in this tournament with a win 2:1.
In general FC «Euroshpon-Smyha» took 17th place among the 35 teams of participating. And this is sufficiently a good result, considering the fact this is the first tournament for team of kids what were born in 2006.
Also free time for children was held with the benefit! Young sportsmen went on a tour of the castle and in Uzhgorod!
